EXPLORE INFORMATION SERVICES, LLC, along with all its affiliates (“EXPLORE”), provides information and services on its World Wide Web site(s) (the “Site”) under the following terms and conditions. By accessing and/or using the Site, you (a “User”) indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Users may not use the trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) for any purpose including, but not limited to use as “hot links” or meta tags in other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of EXPLORE or such third party that may own the Mark. Nothing contained on this site shall be construed as conferring on you or any third party any license or right, by implication, estoppels or otherwise, under any law, rule or regulation.  

TAMPERING. User agrees not to modify, move, add to, delete or otherwise tamper with the information contained in EXPLORE.’s Web site. User also agrees not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or unlawfully use or reproduce any of the software, copyrighted or trademarked material, trade secrets, or other proprietary information contained in the Site.

THIRD PARTY INFORMATION. Although EXPLORE monitors the information on the Site, some of the information is supplied by independent third parties. While EXPLORE makes every effort to insure the accuracy of all information on the Site, EXPLORE makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any such information.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES. This Site may contain links that will let you access other Web sites that are not under the control of EXPLORE. The links are only provided as a convenience and EXPLORE does not endorse any of these sites. EXPLORE assumes no responsibility or liability for any material that may be accessed on other Web sites reached through this Site, nor does EXPLORE make any representation regarding the quality of any product or service contained at any such site.

PRIVACY. Protecting the privacy of our clients and users of our Sites is important to EXPLORE. The EXPLORE On-Line Privacy Statement describes how we use and protect information you provide to us.

SECURITY. Data transmitted to and from EXPLORE client only Sites is encrypted for the User’s protection. However, the security of information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed. EXPLORE is not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or for changes to or losses of data. User is responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID, or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of EXPLORE sites. In order to protect you and your data, EXPLORE may suspend your use of a client site, without notice, pending an investigation, if any breach of security is suspected.

FCRA DISCLOSURES.  The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) allows Users to annually obtain from EXPLORE a copy of all of the information in their file. The FCRA also states that consumers are entitled to receive a disclosure directly from EXPLORE if denied credit, insurance or employment in the past 60 days or User has otherwise been adversely affected in a credit, insurance or employment matter, as a result of an EXPLORE report.  The FCRA also permits consumers to dispute inaccurate information in their EXPLORE reports without charge. Accurate information cannot be changed. Consumers do not have to purchase Explore reports or other information from EXPLORE, to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in their EXPLORE file or to receive a copy of EXPLORE file disclosures.  Consumers should obtain, from the Explore Site, the Disclosure Request Form to commence this process.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAW.   User’s access and use of the Site and any interactive services must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Unauthorized access and use of the Site or interactive services is expressly prohibited. For online customers and Users, access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized Users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.

Further, failure to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the FCRA, can result in state or federal enforcement actions, as well as private lawsuits. In addition, any person who knowingly and willfully obtains a User’s file contents or disclosure under false pretenses, may face criminal prosecution.

ACCESS TO PASSWORD PROTECTED/SECURE AREAS. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure area of the Site is restricted to authorized clients only. Unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.  EXPLORE reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time.  Updated versions of the Terms and Conditions of Use will appear on this Site are effective immediately.  Continued use of this Site after any changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
