J. Philip Casey – Chairman, Commercial Services
Group and President and CEO, Explore Information Services
J. Philip Casey is Chairman of Altegrity's Commercial Services Group, which consists
of HireRight, Kroll Factual Data, and Explore Information Services. Mr. Casey also
serves as President and CEO of Explore and the acting President of Kroll Factual
Data.
Mr. Casey started his career at Explore as the Director of Sales and Marketing in
1995. He was the General Manager of Explore when it was acquired by Altegrity (then
USIS) from The Schwan Food Company in late 2005. He was promoted from Vice President
and General Manager to President of the business in December 2008, in recognition
of the business's strong performance and its importance to the corporation's overall
growth plans. Mr. Casey was promoted again in October 2009 to Chairman of the Commercial
Services Group to lead the growth and expansion of Altegrity's commercial group.
Before coming to Explore, Mr. Casey served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing
with Primenet Data Systems, Inc. from 1994 to 1995 and held a similar position with
Jordan Industries, Inc. from 1991 to 1993. He was with Lifetouch, Inc. from 1984
to 1991, starting as Vice President Market Development – Senior Division and advancing
to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer – Senior Division in 1987.
Prior to 1984, Mr. Casey held senior marketing and sales positions with Official
Airline Guidelines, Inc. and American Airlines.
Mr. Casey has a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University
and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bethany College.

Steve W. Webb – Senior Vice President and General
Manager, Explore Information Services
Steven W. Webb is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Explore Information
Services. As Explore's General Manager, Mr. Webb is responsible for the growth and
day-to-day operations of Explore, including strategic planning, data acquisition,
production, IT, sales, marketing, and product and business development. Mr. Webb
joined the company in December 2006 and was previously the company's Vice President
of Market Development.
Prior to joining Explore, Mr. Webb spent 14 years in a variety of business leadership
and marketing roles at 3M Company, both in the U.S. and in Europe. He also has public
accounting experience.
Mr. Webb has a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Michigan
State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Luther College.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and is trained as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Tom D. Eggenberger – Vice President
of Sales and Marketing, Explore Information Services
Tom Eggenberger is vice president of sales and marketing for Explore Information
Services. He joined Explore in 1996 and has served as the company's sales and marketing
leader for the past 12 years.
Explore's successful suite of insurance data products has provided consistent growth
for the division and a prestigious list of customers, including 14 of the nation's
top 20 personal lines insurers.
Mr. Eggenberger has more than 25 years of experience in high-technology, vertical
market sales. He has held prior sales and marketing leadership positions with PrimeNet
Data Systems, Lifetouch, Jostens, and Unisys.
Mr. Eggenberger has a business degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul,
Minnesota.

Jon G. Hemze – Director of Operations, Explore
Information Services
Jon Hemze is director of operations of Explore Information Services, the leading
provider of data solutions to the insurance industry.
As director of operations, Mr. Hemze is responsible for information technology,
quality assurance, and information security at Explore. He started with the company
in 2000 as a business systems analyst and was promoted to senior manager of operations
in 2005, responsible to implement the structure and process to facilitate growth.
In recognition of the company's stability and growth, he was promoted to director
of operations in 2008.
Mr. Hemze draws on his nearly 16 years of software development experience to deliver
data solutions to the insurance industry.
Mr. Hemze received his technology education from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Cliff J. Adel – Director of Government Affairs,
Explore Information Services
Cliff Adel serves as director of government affairs for Explore Information Services.
Mr. Adel is involved in the strategic planning and day-to-day management of Explore's
relationships with state governments and industry associations.
Prior to joining Explore, Mr. Adel served as General Manager of Automated Equipment
LLC from 2005 to 2008. There, he was responsible for the strategic planning and
all aspects of the daily operations of the food service equipment manufacturer.
Prior to Automated Equipment, Mr. Adel was the CFO of Schwan's Global Consumer Brands
from 2001 to 2004. In that role, he was responsible for the development of global
information systems, controls, and reporting for Schwan's $1 billion frozen food
business operating in North America and Europe. He began with the Schwan Food Company
in 1993 and held various roles of increasing importance, including Controller of
the technology business, of which Explore was a part.
Mr. Adel worked for the public accounting firm of Larson Allen from 1988 to 1993
in the areas of audit and accounting for manufacturing and financial institutions.
Mr. Adel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University
and is a Certified Public Accountant.

DeLonn M. Crosby - Director of Product Development,
Explore Information Services
DeLonn Crosby is Explore's Director of Product Development and is responsible for
leading the evaluation, development, and management of Explore's product portfolio.
He joined Explore in March of 2009 and was previously the company's Auto Sr. Product
Manager.
Prior to joining Explore, Mr. Crosby was a Strategy & Operations consultant with
Deloitte Consulting and spent time in industry at Google Inc. and Target Corporation.
Mr. Crosby has a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management
from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University
of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

Judy A. Beauchamp – Controller of Explore
Information Services
Judith Beauchamp is the Controller of Explore Information Services. As Controller,
Ms. Beauchamp is responsible for the company's financial reporting, forecasting,
and annual business plan.
Ms. Beauchamp has more than 15 years of accounting experience, in both the public
and private sectors, working for such diverse companies as KPMG Peat Marwick, Bank
of America, Kemper Real Estate Management Company, ENRON, and Westaff.
Ms. Beauchamp has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California
State University, Chico, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Anne E. Pearson – Human Resources Manager,
Explore Information Services
Anne Pearson is the Human Resources Manager for Explore Information Services. Ms.
Pearson possesses several years of recruiting and HR expertise working with high-growth
technology companies. Her primary focus with Explore is on recruiting and on-boarding,
performance management, and employee engagement and development programs.
Prior to Explore, Ms. Pearson held human resources positions with technology and
predictive analytics firms, such as Fair Isaac Corporation and Enclarity.
Ms. Pearson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Catherine University.
